We accept VISA/MasterCard, Discover, American Express and PayPal.
If you would prefer not to use the internet, you can always call your orders in at 702-767-9753. If we are unable to answer the phone, please leave a message and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Shipping
All products are made to order. Currently, it will take about 2-3 days to process your order once it is received. Certain items such as bath bombs will take about 4-5 days.
We offer free shipping on orders of $75 or more. Please be aware that we cannot guarantee delivery dates. This offer is good only on ground shipping via UPS or USPS priority mail and is valid in the continental US only. If you need a package delivered by a certain date, please let us know in the comments section during checkout and you will be charged shipping accordingly.
All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. Smaller orders will usually be shipped USPS Priority Mail while larger orders will be shipped UPS.
We now accept international orders. We ship all international orders via USPS Priority Mail International. If you would like us to send it Express Mail or Global Express, please make a note in the comments section of the checkout page. Please note that we will not ship any packages via first class airmail.
Returns
For sanitary reasons, we do not accept returns on any Bath & Body items.
You may return new, unused candles within 15 days of receipt for a full refund.Email us at returns@tikosoy.com for a Return Authorization number. Any returns without an Authorization number will not be accepted. Please return your items to us in the original packaging to prevent breakage. Items must be returned in resalable condition. We reserve the right to refuse returns for any reason. If you are unsure of a scent, we suggest you order a 1 oz. Wax Melt to try.
All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.We will not accept returns sent C.O.D.
If you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately via email at orders@tikosoy.com
or by phone at 702-767-9753 so that we can resolve the situation.
Damages
Open and inspect your merchandise immediately after receiving your delivery. Should any items be damaged, contact us immediately. All claims for damaged products must be made within 3 days of the date your package was received. Any claims made after the 3rd day will not be honored. We ask that you keep the original packaging and damaged items in tact for the purpose of filing a claim with UPS.
Cancelled or Refused Orders
If you need to cancel an order, contact us immediately via email at orders@tikosoy.com or by phone at 702-767-9753. Any order that is cancelled after it has been processed will incur a 20% restocking fee. If the order has already been shipped, you will be charged for postage to you and back to us, in addition to a 20% restocking fee. The same applies to shipments that are refused.
Privacy Policy
The information we receive at TiKo Soy, LLC is for our use only. We will not sell, rent, distribute or make available any of your personal information to anyone. We will only contact you in regards to your transaction either by email or telephone.
